1 (3.4 oz) carton instant pistachio pudding mix
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and pudding mix. Fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

My grandmother always made this for holidays. We called it the "green salad." She made another one that was different with cottage cheese and pink. I only liked the green and John liked the pink. So, she always had to make both! ;)

I haven't heard of the pink salad before. There's an orange one called orange fluff that I'll probably post the recipe for that has cottage cheese, orange jello, mandarin oranges and pineapple in it.

I think the pink one was cottage cheese, cherry jello, and something else that I can't remember since I never liked it. I'll ask my grandmother. :)

By the way I was one cup short on powdered sugar, but even with my substitutions Zach said it was the best cake he'd ever eaten! Yeah!!
